These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Synergy Body & Mind through our website, social media platforms, third-party booking providers, email, telephone or any other booking method.

By purchasing any service, event, retreat, workshop, training programme, gift voucher or product from Synergy Body & Mind, you agree to these Terms of Sale, together with our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.

Services & Availability

Synergy Body & Mind provides wellness events, floating sound baths, sound baths, retreats, workshops, training programmes, digital products, gift vouchers and other related services.

All services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any service, product or offering at any time.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure all information is accurate, occasional errors relating to descriptions, pricing, availability or event details may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices and availability may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.

Where a pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund, or contact the customer to arrange payment of the correct amount before confirming the booking.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a payment plan has been agreed, the customer remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

By making a purchase, you authorise Synergy Body & Mind and any associated payment processor to collect payment using the payment method supplied.

Failure to complete agreed payments may result in cancellation of access to services, events, courses, training programmes or retreats.

Event Amendments & Venue Changes

Synergy Body & Mind reserves the right to amend, postpone, relocate, reschedule, substitute or modify any event, venue, date, time or format where reasonably necessary.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Unsafe water conditions

• Venue restrictions or closures

• Health and safety concerns

• Instructor illness

• Operational requirements

• Equipment failure

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Outdoor events may be relocated indoors, moved to an alternative venue, rescheduled or delivered in an amended format.

Where a reasonable alternative is offered, including an alternative venue, date, time or format, this shall be considered fulfilment of the booking contract.

Customers who choose not to attend an amended event shall not be entitled to a refund.

At our discretion, we may offer a transfer, credit note or alternative booking.

Refunds, Transfers & Credits

Tickets and bookings are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Customers may request to transfer their booking to another available event with at least 48 hours notice.

Transfer requests received with less than 48 hours notice may be declined.

Failure to attend an event does not entitle a customer to a refund, transfer or credit.

Where Synergy Body & Mind has offered a reasonable alternative to a cancelled, amended, relocated or postponed event, refunds shall not be available where the customer declines that alternative.

Customer Communication

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.

Customers are responsible for checking emails, text messages, voicemail, WhatsApp messages and other communications relating to their booking.

Synergy Body & Mind shall not be responsible for missed communications where reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer.

Travel & Accommodation

Customers are responsible for any travel, accommodation or related arrangements made in connection with an event.

Synergy Body & Mind accepts no liability for any travel, accommodation or associated costs incurred due to event amendments, postponements, venue changes or cancellations.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers:

• Are non-refundable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Cannot be redeemed after their expiry date

• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed

• May only be redeemed against eligible services offered by Synergy Body & Mind

Unused balances will not be refunded.

Synergy Body & Mind reserves the right to cancel any gift voucher obtained fraudulently or issued in error.

In the event that a specific service is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative service of equal value.

Fraud Prevention & Payment Security

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or investigate any booking where fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Additional information may be requested to verify purchases where necessary.

Failure to cooperate with a verification request may result in cancellation of the booking.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Synergy Body & Mind directly regarding any booking issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Where a booking has been supplied in accordance with our Terms of Sale, Terms & Conditions and booking information, Synergy Body & Mind reserves the right to challenge any chargeback or payment dispute and provide supporting evidence to the relevant payment provider.

Personal Use

Bookings, services, digital products and resources are for personal use only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

No service, ticket, recording, resource or digital content may be copied, redistributed, resold or transferred without written permission.

Conduct

Customers agree to treat all staff, contractors, facilitators, venue staff and participants with courtesy and respect.

Synergy Body & Mind reserves the right to refuse entry, remove participants or terminate services without refund where behaviour is considered abusive, threatening, disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

Changes to These Terms

The version of these Terms of Sale in force at the time of booking shall apply to that booking.

Any future amendments will apply only to bookings made after the revised version has been published.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
