Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, attending, accessing or purchasing any event, service, workshop, retreat, training, course, membership, digital product or experience provided by Synergy Body & Mind, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, social media channels, third-party booking platforms, email, telephone or any other method.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not proceed with your booking.
2. Health & Personal Responsibility
Participation in any Synergy Body & Mind activity is entirely voluntary.
You acknowledge that sound baths, floating sound baths, breathwork, meditation, movement practices, wellness activities and related services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally able to participate.
If you have any medical concerns, conditions, injuries, pregnancy-related concerns, mental health concerns or are receiving treatment from a healthcare professional, you should seek appropriate advice before attending.
Participation is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.
All ticket prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£).
Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Synergy Body & Mind.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
4. Customer Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable.
Customers may request a transfer to another available event with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Transfer requests received with less than 48 hours notice may be declined.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the customer to a refund, transfer or credit.
5. Event Amendments, Venue Changes & Adverse Weather
Synergy Body & Mind reserves the right to amend, postpone, relocate, reschedule, substitute or modify any event, venue, date, start time, finish time or format where reasonably necessary.
This includes but is not limited to:

Adverse weather
-
Unsafe water conditions
-
Venue issues
-
Health and safety concerns
-
Operational requirements
-
Instructor illness
-
Equipment failure
-
Third-party actions
-
Force majeure events
-
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Outdoor events are weather dependent.
Customers acknowledge that outdoor events may be moved indoors, relocated to another venue, rescheduled or delivered in an alternative format.
Where a reasonable alternative is offered, this shall be considered fulfilment of the booking contract.
Customers who decline an alternative venue, date, time or format shall not be entitled to a refund.
At our discretion we may offer:

A transfer to another event
-
A credit note
-
An alternative booking
-
The decision to proceed, postpone, relocate or amend an event rests solely with Synergy Body & Mind and/or the venue operator.
6. Force Majeure
Synergy Body & Mind shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to:

Severe weather
-
Flooding
-
Fire
-
Pandemics
-
Government restrictions
-
Utility failures
-
Civil unrest
-
Transport disruption
-
Venue closures
-
Acts of God
7. Customer Communication
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
Customers are responsible for checking emails, text messages, voicemail and other communications relating to their booking.
Synergy Body & Mind shall not be responsible for missed communications where reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer.
8. Arrival & Attendance
Customers should arrive at the time stated within booking communications.
Late arrivals may not be admitted where entry would disrupt the event.
No refunds, credits or transfers will be provided for late arrivals or missed sessions.
9. Participant Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed:

Disruptive
-
Unsafe
-
Intoxicated
-
Abusive
-
Threatening
-
Harassing
Any participant removed from an event will not be entitled to a refund.
10. Photography & Media
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of such content unless you notify us in writing before the event.
11. Liability
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Body & Mind shall not be liable for:

Indirect losses

Consequential losses
-
Loss of earnings
-
Loss of opportunity
-
Travel costs
-
Accommodation costs
-
Personal disappointment
-
Emotional distress arising from cancellation or amendment of an event

Attendance remains entirely at the participant's own risk.
12. Personal Property
Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Synergy Body & Mind accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
13. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
All content, recordings, materials, handouts, resources, graphics, branding, images, videos and digital products remain the intellectual property of Synergy Body & Mind.
No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold or shared without written permission.
14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Synergy Body & Mind in the first instance regarding any booking dispute.
Any attempt to obtain a refund through a payment provider for a booking delivered in accordance with these Terms may be challenged with supporting evidence.
15. Privacy
Any personal information collected shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
16. Amendments
Synergy Body & Mind reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version in force at the time of booking shall apply to that booking.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
