Experience a deeply restorative evening at the spa at DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa.

This luxury wellness experience begins with one hour of spa access, giving you time to slow down and enjoy the facilities including the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi before the sound journey begins. Flip flops and robes provided by the venue for the duration of the experience.

You will then be guided through a 60 minute immersive floating sound bath beneath the sparkling starry sky ceiling of the spa. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, handpan and other therapeutic instruments, the session is designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension and guide the body into deep relaxation.

Following the sound bath, guests are invited to spend time in the relaxation area with herbal tea and fruit skewers before heading home feeling rested and restored.

Robes and flip flops are provided by the venue for the evening.
