Sanctuary : Cacao, Sound & Stillness
An evening of deep rest under the vaulted ceilings of Left Bank.
Service Description
We’ll begin the evening with a small, heart-opening cacao ceremony, taking a moment to slow down and practice gratitude. From there, you’ll be guided into meditation before settling into a 60-minute immersive sound bath with a selection of instruments including the crystal bowls, gong, shamanic drum, chimes and percussion, designed to bring the body into deep rest. Limited luxury double air bed spaces available. No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
