Guests float effortlessly on luxury double-flocked air beds while being guided through a 50–60 minute sound bath, infused with Reiki energy and delivered using a carefully curated collection of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and grounding percussion. The gentle movement of the water enhances the vibrations, allowing the sound to travel through the body, encouraging deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and a profound sense of calm. Time is allowed either side of the sound bath for settling onto the floats, grounding, and a gentle return afterwards. This ensures the experience is unrushed, spacious and supportive from start to finish.
