Service Description

We’ll begin the evening with a small, heart-opening cacao ceremony, taking a moment to slow down and practice gratitude. From there, you’ll be guided into meditation before settling into a 60-minute immersive sound bath designed to bring the body into deep rest. No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
