Our floating sound bath takes place on the water, where you’ll lie back on a comfortable double air bed, gently drifting as sound moves through your body and the space around you. For a full 60 minutes, you’ll be immersed in live sound. Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and grounding instruments are played intuitively to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and guide you into a deeply restorative state. The water adds an entirely new dimension to the experience. Subtle movement beneath you enhances relaxation, helping you let go both physically and mentally. Many people describe it as a feeling of weightlessness, like being held. This is your time to switch off. To soften. To fully rest. No experience is needed.
