An evening of heat, cold, fire and immersive sound. Our Wakefield Sauna & Sound experience is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. This is more than just relaxation. It’s a carefully curated three-hour journey combining grounding ritual with contrast therapy and deep sound immersion. ⸻ What to Expect Warm Welcome On arrival, you’ll receive a gentle serving of ceremonial cacao (10g) or herbal tea as you settle into the space. You’ll also be invited to pull an oracle card from our guidance corner - a quiet moment to reflect and set your focus for the evening. ⸻ Intention Setting & Fire Release We’ll guide you through a simple but powerful intention practice. Write down what you’re ready to release and what you’re calling in. Gather around the fire as we symbolically let go, adding herbs to the flames in a grounded and meaningful ritual. ⸻ Immersive Sound Bath We close the evening with a deeply restorative sound journey using: • Crystal singing bowls • Tibetan bowls • Handpan • Gong • Chimes Allow the vibrations to wash through you, supporting relaxation, clarity and integration. ⸻ Sauna & Cold Plunge Upgrade (£11) Enhance your evening with access to the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge.
